DTC Workshop – Day 5 – EICAR students only

For this final day of the workshop, we will again meet with the composers for our 1st, “show and tell” session, where you will review and critique the composer’s work on your film project.
During the “show and tell” critique, you will give the composer notes, and they will attempt to make changes on the spot. Depending on the nature of these notes, or the changes to the music, the composer will take your notes and need additional time to revise the music – it takes time to process and find a solution.

After the show and tell session, we will continue, tracing the final development of the music, from final recording to the final dub session.

If possible, for the afternoon session, we will visit a dub stage, called Studio Sledge. We will discuss this in detail when we meet in class on February 29th.
